Toyota Kirloskar new DIVA concept showroom unveiled

Toyota Kirloskar Motor, the Indian entity of Japanese automaker Toyota Motor, has launched its first ever futuristic concept showroom.Based in Delhi, Galaxy Toyota’s third showroom, has been designed along the lines of its brand new dealer facility concept ‘DIVA’ (Distinctive, Inviting, Value-added services, Advanced), the company said.

Toyota Kirloskar, which has a significant presence in the C, D and MUV segments in India, is said to be looking at an ambitious network expansion plan for its product range in India.

Toyota Kirloskar has said that the DIVA concept has been designed to highlight Toyota Kirloskar Motor’s upcoming product range, such as the MPV, SUV, passenger car segment, and its forthcoming compact car.

The DIVA dealerships will be equipped to handle an increase in customer volumes and a variety of customer needs.

The company also said the new dealerships will provide enhanced value-added services such as easier and quicker test drives and integrated value chain services such as exchange, registration, insurance and finance, under the same roof.

Toyota Kirloskar’s DIVA concept will be implemented at all upcoming dealerships across the country.

Mr. Hiroshi Nakagawa, Managing Director, Toyota Kirloskar, said, “TKM’s new concept showrooms represent the next phase in our constant pursuit to transform the customer experience at our dealerships. This state of the art showroom built by our partner Galaxy Toyota will utilize high tech displays and interactive delivery to set new standards in customer service.”

“The attempt is to bring in freshness and newness to our showrooms, keeping in mind improved customer convenience and satisfaction. Our aim is to differentiate ourselves by providing best in class quality to our customers,” he added.

The new Galaxy Toyota showroom is reportedly among the largest in the region and boasts of an area of around 40000 sq ft.

This includes a showroom of around 10000 sq ft, featuring new car display area, cafe counter, a customer lounge area and so on.
