Tata Nano dealerships in Delhi, booking amount and details

Tata Nano will be commercially launched on March 23, 2009.

Earlier, Tata Motors was planning to display the Tata Nano cars in all its dealerships in the first week of April 2009, and then accept bookings for the car from the second week of April 2009.

The company has now announced that the bookings for Tata Nano will be accepted from the day of launch, March 23, 2009, itself.

Update: The initial deposit for booking a Nano is just Rs 2,999. You can book the Tata Nano online. Also, Tata Nano application forms would be available from 9 April, and you can book your car only from then.

The booking amount for the Tata Nano is Rs 70,000. The Tata Nano can be booked only through the State Bank of India (SBI) and not through the dealerships.

It is not yet confirmed which dealerships will deliver the Tata Nano. Because of the high demand of the Tata Nano and the limited number of cars that will be sold in the first batch, it is likely that not all dealerships will sell the Nano.
