Good news, everyone. Hyundai has launched its popular premium hatchback car the i20 in automatic transmission guise. The Hyundai i20 1.4 L AT will be priced at Rs 7.3 to Rs. 7.7 lakh ex-showroom New Delhi.

After the success of the Hyundai i20’s petrol version in India, Hyundai is all set to release the diesel version of the car on July 7, 2009.

This was expected, but maybe not so quick. Hyundai i20 premium petrol hatchback has been well received in India in the barely couple of months since its launch in 2008 December. And now Hyundai has made it clear that it would launch a diesel Hyundai i20 in India.

The wait is finally over. Hyundai Motor India has lifted the wraps off its i20. The car which follows the hugely succesful i10, is a premium compact model that has been developed to meet the increasing customer expectations in terms of styling, features and safety to global standards.

Hyundai Motor India has dispatched 2,820 units of the Hyundai i20 for export to Europe. The Hyundai i20s were rolled out from Hyundai's Sriperumbedur plant, from the Chennai port.

Hyundai i20, the five-door five-seater premium hatchback from Hyundai Motor India, is set for its launch in November 2008. Recently launched at the 2008 Paris Motor Show with much fanfare, the Hyundai i20 will see bookings on a fast basis by the end on next month, say industry sources.

Hyundai i20 small car will be launched in India in November or December 20008.

The entire range of i-series cars from Hyundai will be present in the Indian market soon.
