Hyundai India is all set to launch the diesel variant of its Hyundai i10, in India, by 2010.
After the success of the petrol version of the Hyundai i10, Hyundai India is all set to launch the diesel version of the car anytime by 2010, reports say.
Its celebration time at Hyundai Motor India with the car maker clocking the fastest three lakh i10 sales in a small period of time. The laudable figures have been recorded since its launch on October 31, 2007.
Hyundai has finally bit the bullet and followed Maruti with a price hike announced today for its popular i10 model, as well as for the entry level hatch Santro Xing and sedan Accent.
Hyundai Motor India plans to jack up prices of its passenger vehicles by around 2 per cent. The company, which is the largest exporter of passenger cars, will hike prices in the coming months.
The entire range of i-series cars from Hyundai will be present in the Indian market soon.
Hyundai has launched its popular small car, the Hyundai i10, with a new 1.2 liter engine which it calls the Kappa.
