Tata Motors has taken another step towards introducing the Tata Nano small in the European market. The latest news coming in is that the world's cheapest car has passed some of the European crash tests.

Marking a re-entry into the European small car market, the first batch of A-Stars has been dispatched by Maruti Suzuki India. The first export consignment of the newly-launched world model A-Star has been exported via Gujarat’s Mundra Port.
