Mahindra Xylo 4×4 variant?

It is only a few days since the launch of the Mahindra Xylo. Pretty much no one has liked the looks of the Xylo, but then pretty much no one would buy it based on looks either.

Initial test drive reports are coming in, and what we hear is that most are happy with the way the Xylo handles and rides. A little bit of body roll is there, but no serious complaints. In fact, most say it compares pretty well to the way the Toyota Innova rides.

What is interesting is the little bit of info coming in about a four wheel drive version of the Xylo. The Mahindra Xylo already drives pretty well over rough patches of road, so would there really be a need to launch a 4×4 version of the Xylo? We don’t know. But what we hear is that a 4×4 version would be out in a few months’ time.
