An advanced version of the Bolero rolled out of the Mahindra and Mahindra facility heralding a quantum leap in power and performance amongst multi utility vehicles.
The new version, christened Bolero VLX, comes with sporty looks and plus interiors. Carrying a price tag of Rs 6.90 lakh, the new vehicle is being dubbed as the most powerful Bolero ever and comes equipped with CRDe technology. Reviews of the vehicle said that the modern 2.49L Common Rail Diesel Engine (CRDe) gives an amazing 97 horse power and ensures a superior pick-up with smoother drive. Made to provide superior driving experience and reduced noise, vibration and harshness levels, the Bolero VLX comes out of the Mahindras plant as a result of customer feedback which said a vehicle aimed t the young, urban customer who likes to stand apart from the crowd was the need of the hour.
The Bolero VLX boasts of a superior NGT 530R transmission and upgraded front suspension are ideal to take on tough terrain. Introduced in different hues such as mist silver and golden sahara beige, the Bolero VLX comes incorporated with a voice assist system for safe drives. The interiors are tailor made to suit the young urban car enthusiast and come with top class dual-tone upholstery and elegant seating design.
The MUV which was unveiled in the Rajasthani city of Jaipur on Monday was accompanied by yet another Mahindras product. The Indian automotive major lifted the wraps off the Bolero Special Edition, which comes with exciting new features and an exclusive look. The Special Edition Bolero has been priced at Rs 6.49 lakh in two attractive colours, such as mist silver and golden sahara beige.
Sporting a rugged appeal, the new special edition vehicle comes with luxurious interiors complete with European leather upholstery and other charming features.
