Honda CB Twister, CBF Stunner, Unicorn Sports concept, VSR 1200F unveiled

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India unveiled six new motorcycles at the Auto Expo 2010, namely, the 102-cc Dio scooter, 110-cc CB Twister, 125-cc CBF Stunner, VSR 1200F, and the 2010 CBR 1000RR Fireblade. It also displayed the Unicorn sports concept motorcycle.
The company has yet to reveal detailed specifications of the Honda CB Twister that was launched in December 2009.

Some features of the Honda CB Twister include a prominent front cowl, front disc brake, chrome-tinted rear view mirrors, alloy wheels, dual-tone seats, and golden handlebars.

The motorcycle is said to offer 9 bhp at 8000 rpm and a maximum torque of 9 Nm at 6000 rpm. Fuel efficiency is pegged at 70 kmpl.

The Honda CB Twister will be available in a basic kick-start with drum brake variant, a self-start with drum brake variant, and a self-start with disc brake variant.

The kick-start CB Twister will be available at a price of Rs 41, 850 (ex-showroom Delhi). The self-start version with drum brake will go on sale at a price of Rs. 44, 850, while the self-start with disc brake variant will be available at Rs. 47, 850. The Honda CB Twister will go on sale in February 2010.

Honda has also put on display the facelifted Honda Dio scooter, Honda CBF Stunner, the new Honda VFR1200S fun bike with dual-clutch technology, and the Honda 2010 CBR 1000RR Fireblade.

Then there is the Honda Unicorn sports concept 150-cc motorcycle that features side body panels, dual-tone style, tank scoops, side body panels, rear disc brake, heat shield, and split grab rail.

HMSI also unveiled an experimental mobility vehicle, the U3X, a one-wheel segway.

The company has said that it plans to launch a couple of new motorcycles in 2010-2011 and aims to sell 15 lakh unit during the year.
