Hero Honda launched the new Hero Honda Karizma ZMR FI, in Gurgaon, yesterday September 19, 2009.
The 223 cc Hero Honda Karizma ZMR Fi will come with Hero Honda’s PGM-Fi technology. All info on the motorcycle has been available for a month now.

PGM-Fi fuel injection (Programmed Fuel Injection) will ratchet up the power of the new Hero Honda Karizma Fi to 17.6 bhp @ 7000 rpm with a maximum torque of 18.35 nm, with a top speed of 135 kmph, the company has said.
A look at the pictures of the Hero Honda Karizma ZMR Fi leaked on different blogs shows that the motorcycle will come with full front fairing, split rear grab rails, new LED headlights and tail lamps, fairing-mounted front indicators, split clip on handle bars, and step up seats.
The standard shock absorbers of the Hero Honda Karizma XMR Fi have been replaced by gas charged shock absorbers.
The motorcycle with a get a digital speedometer while the tachometer will continue to be analog.
There were speculations that the engine would be water-or-oil cooled. But, like we had predicted earlier, the engine is air-cooled with some air vents directing air toward the fins.
The motorcycle will come with new graphics and re-profiled body work.
The Hero Honda Karizma ZMR Fi will come in new colors, Diamond White, Deep Red, Sapphire Blue & Midnight Black. The motorcycle is expected to retail at about Rs 85,000, around Rs 15000 more than the existing Hero Honda Karizma.

this byk wil be sure a failure coz its price is high. anyone whose having a budget of 90 to 95,000 wil definitly go for yamaha R15 ….which is far more better than this new karizma…soon yamaha are going to release a new sports bike R125 which wil cost around 90,000. which wil blow off this byk from market. plz have a look at yamaha R125 on net.
