Lohia Group launched two electric bikes, Oma and Fame, at at the India International Trade Fair in Delhi, on November 14, 2008. The two bikes will be priced at Rs 31,000 (ex-showroom Delhi.)
Hyundai Motor India has dispatched 2,820 units of the Hyundai i20 for export to Europe. The Hyundai i20s were rolled out from Hyundai's Sriperumbedur plant, from the Chennai port.

Ford India plans to launch the new Ford Ikon TDCi diesel on November 5, 2008, in India. The new Ford Ikon TDCi diesel sedan is likely to be priced at Rs 5 lakhs.
