Suzuki Hayabusa to don Apache billet grips

Custom billet aluminum aftermarket parts using precision surgial product tech.

BY OUR AUTOMOBILES CORRESPONDENT

March 21, 2007: The Suzuki GSXR and Hayabusa motorcycles will soon come enhanced with billet grips from Apache Billet. The design and manufacturing tech firm has made significant advances in its design and manufacturing of its billet grips and is presenting its 6061-T6 aluminum and are triple chrome plated grips.

The company which typically manufactures precision surgical products for the medical device community, decided to use the same technique and materials to create custom billet aluminum after-market parts. And thus was born the new technology. The new precision made grips are supposedly of the highest quality and manufactured in the US. Each set comes with an unconditional money back guarantee.

Apache Billet will offer its maiden cycle product to Suzuki as it feels that there exists a void that needed to be filled. This will be followed up this year itself with a complete line of billet grips for Honda and Yamaha Motorcycles, said a report.
