GM Holden is all set to showcase the GM Holden Coupe 60 at the Perth Motor Show, which will start on April 22, 2008 and run till April 27, 2008.
GM will also display future as well as current models that will include two Sportwagon models in the GM Calais V- Series and SS V- Series guise, and special edition anniversary models of the GM VE Commodore and GM Captiva.

The GM Holden Coupe 60 concept, which had wowed audiences at Melbourne recently, is a two-door coupe which would run on the most modern technology. The GM Holden Coupe 60 would be powered by a 6.0 litre V8 engine which boasts of technologies such as active fuel management.

In the other models on display, the GM VE Sportwagon would sport a retail price of $1,000 more than its sedan brothers, the GM VE Commodore 60th Anniversary Special Edition and the VE SS V-Series 60th Anniversary Special Edition, would have extra value addition. The GM VE Commodore 60th Anniversary Special Edition would come fitted with $9,000 worth of extra value, while the GM SS V, the VE SS V 60th Anniversary Special Edition would sport a recommended retail price of around $55,690.
Further, GM Holden would also show case the GM Holden VE Ute, which is termed the company’s first completely new Ute design since it made the VU series back in year 2000.
The new VE Ute is expected to offer better levels of comfort, performance and safety. Adding to the line up at Perth would be the GM Holden Captiva 60th Anniversary Special Edition, which would go on sale from May 1, 2008, sporting a recommended retail price of around $43,990.
